Numerous legends surround this monastery, ranging from the woman who transformed herself into a tiger to carry Guru Padmasambhava on her back to this temple to others.
This Paro monastery is built into the rock face overlooking the valley at a height of over 3100 meters. It is now a popular tourist destination & hikers take pleasure taking the beautiful but strenuous trail.
Over 5000 years of human civilization, prosperity in arts, science, philosophy and non-materialistic sciences have also harbored religions, rituals & various customs in India.
